I have antiques that I would like to put up for auction, but I don’t know to come to a price. I don’t want to sell myself short, or ask too much and not be able to sell it at all. I can’t afford to have them appraised.

I’m new to the auction Biz… and I’m a little confused on which would be the best and most profitable route, joining an established auction lister (andale, Vendio) or using listing software like Shooting Star. I just want to keep it simple.
