Best Match BookI’m excited to share my latest project with the eBay community — my new 95 page eBook, Best Match Made Simple.

Here’s a link to the Best Match Made Simple download page

Did I mention it is FREE?!  Nope, I don’t even want your eMail address.

I spent the better part of six months researching and experimenting with eBay’s new default search algorithm, Best Match, and put every bit of credible information into one place - in an easy to understand and digest format.

Why is this book important?  Because the new Best Match search algorithm is the single biggest change to happen on eBay - ever.   Most sellers don’t understand the significance of it.  Many hate it.  For the rest, Best Match represents a huge opportunity.  These sellers know that Best Match means that some auction listings linger at the top of the eBay search results longer than they used to, while others never make it to page one.

If you know the factors that influence the Best Match algorithm, you can optimize your auctions and even your user profile to help get those top search results rankings.  As anyone who has attempted and succeeded at optimizing a web site for Google knows, top search rankings bring substantial traffic.  Getting listed on page three or later brings nobody.

The same is true with Best Match.  If you can improve your rankings, you’ll get more visitors to your listings.  More visitors is the the key to more bids - which is the key to increased profits.

No visitors means no bids.

So feel free to download the book and share it with the rest of the community.  I’d love to hear your feedback in the comments below.

Thanks to Randy Smythe from www.myblogutopia.com for taking the time and effort to write the forward to Best Match Made Simple.  If you haven’t had the chance to visit his blog, I encourage you to drop by (just after you’ve downloaded my book) for some interesting insights into the industry and a lively community.
